We are delighted to welcome Mr. Fahmi, who has agreed to be interviewed regarding Jack Ma's leadership. The goal of this report is to provide a summary of an interview with Mr. Fahmi, president of the student representative council 2021/2022. The purpose of the interview was to get insight into Jack Ma's leadership style and attitude, as well as his experiences and tactics for developing a successful and innovative organization. Mr. Fahmi said that the platform also enabled small and medium-sized businesses to participate in e-commerce by providing a simple and reliable way for them to accept payments from customers. Additionally, Alipay's flexibility and integration with online marketplaces helped to drive the growth of e-commerce in China. We followed up the question with if Jack Ma collaborates with local payment processors in other countries, can it solve the Alipay problem. Collaborating with local payment processors in other countries can be an effective way for Alipay to address the problem of limited international acceptance. By partnering with local payment processors, Alipay can expand its reach and increase its acceptance among merchants in those countries. This would allow more consumers in those countries to use Alipay to make online purchases, and would also make it easier for Chinese merchants to sell their products to consumers in those countries.
