We are delighted to welcome Mr. Fahmi, who has agreed to be interviewed regarding Jack Ma's leadership. The goal of this report is to provide a summary of an interview with Mr. Fahmi, president of the student representative council 2021/2022. The purpose of the interview was to get insight into Jack Ma's leadership style and attitude, as well as his experiences and tactics for developing a successful and innovative organization. The report will include a description of the main themes discussed during the interview, as well as observations and analysis of Mr. Fami's information. It will give a full overview of Jack Ma's leadership philosophy as well as the techniques he employed to create Alibaba into one of the world's most successful and innovative companies.

The interview begins with a brief introduction to the interviewee, Mr. Fahmi, and his views on Jack Ma's leadership. He had heard Jack Ma and respected him, as well as seeing him as an interesting leader because of his expansion from a small operation to a large one. He also admires Jack Ma since he frequently gives speeches and does press conferences. This demonstrates a desire to share information with everyone, demonstrating that a good leader develops more good leaders. A strong leader, according to Mr. Fahmi, should be able to inspire and motivate their team, have a clear vision and plan, and be able to adapt to change and make difficult decisions. They should also be able to successfully communicate with their team members and other stakeholders, as well as create good connections with them. A good leader must also be able to listen to and learn from others, create a positive and inclusive culture inside the organization, and empower team members to attain their full potential. Mr. Fahmi emphasizes "togetherness" because he understands the value of teamwork.

We then move on to the following topic, which is to define leadership and the most crucial characteristics of a leader. Mr. Fahmi believes it is critical to motivating his followers. He emphasizes once more that unity and faith in a strong leader breed more leaders. Jack Ma has the ability to motivate others. Jack Ma is also able to create a pleasant aura, which can serve to promote morale, increase engagement, and improve overall performance. Mr. Fahmi suggests that students can choose Jack Ma as a role model for leadership. The process of learning never ends. Jack is constantly pushing himself to learn and contribute more. This can be used to teach us, students, to never stay in our comfort zones and to learn to push ourselves harder.

We then proceed with questions about our STEP2 and STEP3,his opinion about Jack Ma's solution of creating Alipay to solve the e-commerce problem. Mr. Fahmi said that the platform also enabled small and medium-sized businesses to participate in e-commerce by providing a simple and reliable way for them to accept payments from customers. Additionally, Alipay's flexibility and integration with online marketplaces helped to drive the growth of e-commerce in China. We followed up the question with if Jack Ma collaborates with local payment processors in other countries, can it solve the Alipay problem. Collaborating with local payment processors in other countries can be an effective way for Alipay to address the problem of limited international acceptance. By partnering with local payment processors, Alipay can expand its reach and increase its acceptance among merchants in those countries. This would allow more consumers in those countries to use Alipay to make online purchases, and would also make it easier for Chinese merchants to sell their products to consumers in those countries. Additionally, by collaborating with local payment processors, Alipay can learn about the local market and regulations, which can help them to better adapt to the specific needs of consumers and merchants in those countries. Collaborating with local partners can also help Alipay to build trust and credibility with consumers in those countries and increase their chances of success. In summary, collaborating with local payment processors in other countries can be a way for Alipay to solve the problem of limited international acceptance and expand its reach to new markets.

We then conclude our interview and overall, Mr. Fahmi mention Jack Ma's decision to create Alipay was a strategic and visionary move that helped to address a major pain point in the e-commerce market in China and paved the way for the rapid growth of e-commerce in the country.
