From studying Jack Ma's solution to establish Alipay, I can reflect on several important lessons that I can gain. Firstly, I can learn the importance of perseverance and not giving up when faced with challenges, it's important to keep looking for solutions and alternatives even when it seems difficult or impossible. Secondly, I can see the value of being innovative and thinking outside the box when it comes to problem-solving, this can lead to new and successful solutions. Thirdly, I can learn the importance of taking calculated risks and being willing to experiment, as it can lead to great success in the long run. Furthermore, I can learn the importance of understanding the market and customer needs, this can help me identify problems and create solutions that address them. Finally, I can learn the importance of adaptability and the ability to adjust to changing market conditions, which can help me stay relevant and competitive in the long run. These lessons are valuable not only for entrepreneurship but also for any professional field and could help me in many aspects of my life.

In reflecting on the leadership demonstrated by Jack Ma, I have learned the importance of having a clear vision and being able to think big. He has shown that with perseverance and hard work, it is possible to achieve great things even in the face of challenges and setbacks. Secondly, I have been impressed by the way his focus on empowerment and teamwork, as well as his ability to understand and meet the needs of customers, has taught me the importance of putting the customer first and working together as a team to achieve success. His approach to being socially responsible, fair, just, and having integrity, has also been an inspiration for me to strive to lead with ethics and values. Finally, the establishment of Alipay has taught me the importance of thinking creatively in order to overcome challenges and achieve success. For example, Jack Ma faced the challenge of not having any bank to work with him and a lack of a reliable and secure payment system in e-commerce, but he was able to create his own payment program, Alipay, which solved this problem. I will use these lessons to guide my own leadership journey and strive to become a leader who is able to think outside the box and create innovative solutions to problems.

After analyzing the leadership that Jack Ma portrayed, there are a lot of lessons that I can learn from him. First of all, I learned to be a strong-willed person and try to be brave in doing things wisely. Jack Ma showed me that no matter how much time we keep trying, we will get the chance to be successful. Next, I can see how he always thinks forward in everything he had done in his life. Jack Ma always thinks about his future as he also did not expect that his business now had the largest area in China. In addition, I can see how he looks for understanding with his company and also customers, which makes me realize that he did a great job in having tolerance with them. Last but not least, from the challenges that Jack Ma faced, I can learn that we need to think cleverly in making decisions in order to be successful. Jack Ma did portray that he can act decisively as he already had in mind how to make his company’s payment method; AliPay successful and trustable to all the users and customers. Thus, I will try my best to keep all these important lessons from Jack Ma’s achievements in my mind and use them on my journey to be a good leader in the future soon. I will also try my best to be a leader that is considerable and brave in solving problems once I become a leader.

After observing Jack Ma's characteristics, I learned many things especially from leadership. First, Unify. Ma's approach is to unite employees, partners and investors under a common goal. From here, I learned that the success of an organization does not only rest on the leader, but the employees are also involved and have their own roles to achieve objective together. Second, empathy. Jack Ma understood the difficulty of users to make transactions so he created Alipay alternative payment to provide the best service for users. For me, this is very important in building an attitude of mutual trust without focusing solely on profit. Next, innovation. this can be shown when Jack Ma created Alipay as a third-party payment platform so that users can make it through online. For this, I learned that progress or development comes from changes that are made so it is very important for me not to limit my ideas when facing something. Lastly, I admired his spirit to never give up. This can be seen when Jack Ma does not give up in developing his business despite experiencing many criticisms and restrictions. I will apply this lesson in forming good leadership in the future. By being a leader, I will innovates and has empathy in order to contribute good to society.

Based on choosing Jack Ma as our figure, highly successful entrepreneur and business leader, best known for co-founding and leading Alibaba Group, one of the largest e-commerce companies in the world. He is also widely recognized for his impact on the Chinese economy and business landscape, and his contributions to the global business community. One of the key takeaways that I get from Ma's story is the importance of perseverance and determination. Despite facing numerous obstacles and setbacks early in his career, Ma never gave up on his vision and continued to work tirelessly to achieve his goals. He has also taught the value of never being afraid to take risks and trying new things, which is a key factor to his success. Another important lesson that can be learned from Ma is the power of a strong vision and the ability to effectively communicate it to others. He has a clear understanding of where he wants to take the company and able to articulate it in a way that inspires others to join him on that journey. From here, I can learn so many things and also apply it in the future. Jack Ma journey should be spread widely because he's one of the best figure in business which is we can learn on how he manage all his business without giving up.

At first,Im quite spectical on choosing Jack Ma as a leadership icon. I only see him as a business icon. The struggle went on when doing this project because the only article and facts that i can find about him is only about his achievements about his business. But somehow along the journey,with the help of my team members explaining and  especially thanks to the interview session with Mr Fahmi, I can finally see the true style of his leadership. I can finally understand that most of the articles of his achievements are the proof of a successful leader that can manage to build an empyre from scratch.In conclusion, Jack Ma is a highly respected and successful business leader who has played a major role in shaping the global economy through his innovative strategies and vision for Alibaba Group. He is a charismatic and visionary leader who has been able to inspire and motivate his team to achieve great success. He is also recognized for his advocacy for education, philanthropy and his ability to identify new market opportunities. He has become an inspiration to many students, entrepreneurs, and business leaders around the world and now, to me.He is known for his ability to create a positive and inclusive culture within his organization, which has helped to foster collaboration, teamwork, and a sense of community among his employees. Jack Ma has also been successful in creating a sustainable and innovative business model, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a commitment to social responsibility. His leadership style and approach, as well as his experiences and strategies, can serve as an inspiration and a valuable learning opportunity for many. i have learned such a valuable lesson and by understanding Jack Ma's leadership philosophy and approach, I gain valuable insights into how to build a successful and innovative business, and how to create a positive and productive work environment for my team.
